18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 — Records-Keeping Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Girls Live Streaming were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depiction was created.

With respect to all visual depictions produced by Girls Live Streaming, the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the Custodian of Records named below, and are available for inspection at that address during regular business hours.

For content appearing on this site that was not produced by Girls Live Streaming, we are neither the primary nor the secondary producer as those terms are defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c).
