This policy explains what personal data Girls Live Streaming (“we”) collects when you use Girls Live Streaming, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Girls Live Streaming operates this website and is the controller of the personal data described below. Our address is Nevada. Our data protection contact is webmaster@girlslivestreaming.com.
What we collect
- Account data — your username, email address, a salted hash of your password, and the date you accepted our terms and confirmed your age. Collected when you register.
- Age verification — a signed cookie recording that you confirmed you meet our minimum age. Where you enter a date of birth, it is checked on our server and discarded; we do not store it.
- Cookie consent — the categories you allowed, a random consent ID, a truncated IP address, your browser user agent and the time of your choice. This is our record that consent was given.
- Content you submit — comments, messages, uploads and anything else you choose to send us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you visit. Collected in server logs and, if you allow analytics cookies, by our analytics provider.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
Under the GDPR we must have a lawful basis for each purpose. Ours are:
- Running your account and providing the service — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Security, fraud prevention and handling abuse — our legitimate interests in keeping the site safe (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Age verification and keeping the records the law requires of us — compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Analytics and marketing cookies — your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time from the cookie settings link in our footer.
- Responding to your enquiries — our legitimate interests, or performance of a contract where the enquiry relates to one.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies run the site, keep your session and store your cookie choices. They do not require consent. Preference, analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you allow them, and you can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
The cookies we set ourselves are:
cs_consent— records which cookie categories you allowed. Strictly necessary. Stored for up to 12 months.cs_age_ok— records that you passed age verification. Strictly necessary. Stored for up to 30 days, or until you close your browser.wordpress_logged_in_*andwp-settings-*— keep you signed in and remember your display preferences. Strictly necessary. Set only for account holders.
Analytics and marketing cookies, where you allow them, are set by the providers named in the next section under their own policies.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with providers who process it on our instructions under a written contract, and with authorities where the law requires it. Our providers are:
- our hosting provider, which stores this website and its database.
- Our email delivery provider, which sends account and service emails on our behalf.
- our analytics provider, which measures site usage — only where you have consented.
- Law enforcement, regulators or courts, where we are legally required to disclose.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered either by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK Addendum, and we assess the safeguards each provider has in place.
How long we keep it
- Account data — for as long as your account exists, then deleted within 30 days of closure.
- Cookie consent records — 24 months, so we can evidence consent if we are asked to.
- Server logs — 30 days.
- Records we are required by law to keep — for the period the law requires, and no longer.
Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom or the EEA you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that has already taken place. To exercise any of these, email webmaster@girlslivestreaming.com. We will respond within one month.
You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have comparable rights to know, delete, correct and opt out. Use the same address above and tell us which state you are in, and we will apply the rights that state gives you. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises them.
Security
We encrypt traffic in transit with TLS, store passwords only as salted hashes, restrict administrative access to those who need it, and review our systems regularly. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it if a breach occurs.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe we have, contact webmaster@girlslivestreaming.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Where a change materially affects how we use data you have consented to, we will ask for your consent again through the cookie banner.
